Semen analysis report

We are trying for the pregnancy from last 6 months. But my wife is not able to conceive. We have gone for the checkup, wife reports are all normal. But my semen report is attached. In which sperm count showing - "no motile or immotile spermatozoa seen". What's the problem in report and what's the treatment for it.

Repeat your semen examination after 3days of abstinence (no sex or masturbation) and then share the reports.if sperm count or motility is low,we can plan different modalities according to your convenience.
