I have attached my semen analysis report. Please let me know whether all the parameters are normal or not as me & my wife are actively trying for pregnancy from last 3 months but not getting success.

As per as your report your semen parameters are completely fine and they fall in normal range.
Next Steps
First of all please do not stress as conceiving may take some time. Even with every thing normal stress could decrease chances of pregnancy. Please consult for treatment.
