Hi, Attaching the semen analysis report. What is the treatment plan for this . Previous reports for semen analysis test was gud but this time it is not.

This is a very normal report from Standards of today. We get so many reports like this. Your husband can consult with a Gynaecologist or Urologist on Practo for further management.
