Swelling in the neck in a newborn.. should rule out any congenital anomalies..like cystic hygroma or lymphangioma.. vascular malformation.. lymphadenopathy should be also ruled out.. better to consult with an ENT specialist or pediatrician for proper assessment and treatment..
