Had a slight fever since Saturday evening along with severe body ache and sore throat. Had a paracetamol and slept off that night. Woke up next day with a lower fever but continued sore throat and body pain so took self home covid test which showed positive result. Have been taking dolo650 and limcee tab ever since along with warm saline gargle. No more fever( temp now at 97.7f). Should I continue dolo for a couple more days or not required?
