I self harmed earlier today on my arm with a blade and one of the cuts is quite deep. It is no longer bleeding but hasn’t done any healing or anything. I just need to know whether I should get stitches or not because my flesh under my skin is showing

This is an emergency situation which needs to be looked into by a first aid specialist in the emergency department of a nearby hospital and psychiatrist. Cutting wrist to get relief from emotional pain, attempting to kill self or to attract attention is not normal.
