My baby is 2+ years and his speech is delayed but his MRI is not fine.Please check the MRI.we don't understand what is the issue and complications in future.

MRI is suggestive of perinatal brain insult which means that before,during or after birth the brain has received less blood flow. Needs speech therapy. Consult a paediatric Neurologist or a paediatrician.
