Seizure in 4 year old boy

My son is having seizure attack. He had 3 in last 4 months at a gap of almost one month each. Our doctore not yet started medicine, probably he would start this time. Just wanted to get different opinions around this issue. His MRI,CT scan, EEG,ECG are all normal. Please share advises on how to deal with the situation.

Seizure can b clinical diagnosis as inspite of seizure all investigations can b normal... So depends on each patient when to start medicine But as all reports are normal this indicate that the treatment may terminate early and seizure won't progress much (generally)... Thanks
