Is it fine to have some hydronephrosis and hydroureter after dj stent removal approx one month after if it is still there what should be done?

First post pre operative ultrasound or CT report. If preop ultrasound showed moderate to gross hydronephrosis, then it may take more time to subside or some amount of hydronephrosis may be there for long time. If you are not having any flank pain then nothing to worry.
