Seeking Advice for My Mother’s Glucoma

My mother has glaucoma, and she has now lost around 70% of her vision in one eye. Several eye doctors have told us that the vision loss cannot be reversed. I would like to know how we can best take care of her condition and protect the vision she still has. Are there any treatments, procedures, lifestyle changes, or other options that could help prevent further vision loss? I would really appreciate advice from ophthalmologists or anyone with experience dealing with advanced glaucoma. Thank you.

You have to maintain the intraocular pressure to prevent further vision loss Regular follow ups for IOP monitoring are necessary along with investigations to know the situation

Glaucoma is occurs due to the high pressure in the eye which causes the nerve loss So whatever the last cannot be recovered but maintaining the pressure in the eye with regular drops and follow up main helpful for maintaining the remaining vision Please concern for proper guidance and treatment
