Hello mam, I got miscarriage in January 2022 . My periods are regular but from then my cycles were different 22,20,23...Actually my period cycle is 26 days. In nov i consulted gync doctor, she suggested some medication from 2 day of my period till 7 th day. On 23 nov follicle study done After that, trigger shot was given on same day and suggested to try for pregnancy for 5 days from 23 nov. We did the same, but till yesterday I didn't get my periods. It was almost 31 days i was happy that i may be pregnant but today I got my periods. What was the reason for delayed periods... And suggest me tips or medication for pregnancy.
