I had my MTP via medicine under doctor's supervision on 27 April.  I had bleeding and the clot was passing for 10 days and a little spoting upto 15 days .I had my first periods after abortion on 6 June. Now it's 12 July I haven't got my second periods. My bHCG test was negative and 3 urine test kits were negative too.  I am not sexually active after abortion. I have gained lot of weight and some strech marks on my waist. Sometimes I have this pain on the lower left side of my stomach. I haven't got my second periods yet. This is stressful. Is there any possibility that I am still pregnant or my pregnancy didn't terminate?

Hope you had an usg after the abortion medicine to confirm the uterine cavity is empty or not . If not please get an usg done to check and then go on with a withdrawal medicine to get periods if required. See your doctor
