I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks after conceiving on letrozole.three months later i concieved on letroz again but it was a high risk pregnancy with GD and low amniotic fuid. My premature baby was born via c section at 35 weeks. He had bilateral Clubfeet and trigger thumb. at 2 years he was diagnosed with autism. He is 4 now and i am thinking about having a second child. But I have PCOS/PCOD irregular cycle so am worried that i will again have to conceive via some treatment and canthe same problems can repeat with second child??
