Seborrheic dermatitis of scalp.
I have been suffering from acute dandruff of scalp which is associated with excessive infection in scalp, hairfall, itching. Scales that flake off are white or yellowish and look moist or oily. Additionally you may take an antihistamine tablet like Levocetirizine 5mg SOS to relieve the itching. A definite diagnosis will require a detailed history and examination /photos.
