Seborrheic dermatitis
Im pregnant(21weeks). Recently i had a flare up of seborrheic dermatitis and developed slight redness and dry patches over nose,chin and angle of mouth. I had tried allopathy medicines but not completely cured. There is itching at night. Is there a good medicine in ayurveda. Kindly help
Take Maha Manjisthadi kashya 20-20-20 ml tid with 1 glass of water
Khadiradi vati 1-1-1 tid af
Nimbadi vati 1-0-1 bd af x 15 days
It’s totally safe in pregnancy

Send clear pic of patches...since u r pregnant, it's better to either give detail history or consult both ayurvedic gynecologist and dermatologists. I'm a skin and hair specialist .

Avoid spicy salty sour food ,non veg, urad dal in diet. Use water boiled in sariba for drinking. Need to know ur bowel habit and few more details to help u. All ayurveda drugs may not be safe in pregnancy. So take a consultation for proper guidance.
