3 cm sabecious cyst on my face. Not painful but swelling is there. Its not related to dental issues.

Sebaceous cyst does not have medical management option. Excision before it gets infected will help you get a better scar rather than a scar caused by rupture of an infected sebaceous cyst. So plan to get an excision done when you have the time. Consult a Plastic Surgeon
