Seb cyst detected at back 3-4 years ago. Still lying there, dermatologist suggest surgery and so cosmetic surgeoun. Not willing to get rid the onli issue they say, it will become big with time already 1-2 inch. What if i keep it as is for more long time?

Sebaceous cyst is a benign ,, its to be removed for cosmetic reasons in normal situations,, unless it gets infected or cause pain by pressure effect,, wherein its to be removed urgently..
