Scrotum pain and semen discoloration

I can see that I am getting some mild to severe pain in the scrotum with the nerves sprouting up during sexually active moments. Also, I am seeing a discoloration (party yellow-brownish) semen when I ejaculate. Whom can I consult for this kind of sexual health issue?

Hi I'm Dr.S.R.Raveendran MD Pain can be due to decreased water intake , urinary tract infection,  prostate issue Yellow semen can be due to same cause less water and urinary tract infection. Doing a urine complete and culture can help diagnose
