I have felt a small fluctuant lump above and behind right testicle with no tenderness.Should it be checked?Will it affect sexual life?I am 26 years male.thank you.

Hi ,its better to check n see to understand whether it will create problem or not, get USG scrotum done. U can consult me online if u have any further doubts.
