Hi. my fiancee is suffering from various lumps on his scrotum it does not cause any pain or itching - but they grew many in size - just want to know what is it treatment - what can do done to prevent it or treat it so that it should not reoccur - please do reply

Must be sebaceous cysts. Get it checked by a surgeon. They require surgical excision.

Well its really difficult to assess what you're telling and come to a conclusion and suggest you're treatment as examination is a must in this case so it's better to meet a doctor and get it examined and then go further... hope you understand...thank you
