Schizophrenia is a chronic illness. And I understand your concern. What are his struggles that he is facing? Are they symptoms of schizophrenia that are not completely remitted? Or are they the side effects of the medicine? Or are u mainly concerned about his rehabilitation and re integration into the society and try for an independent living. Kindly approach a psychiatrist who will guide you as per your and your brothers need
