Since you’re already receiving the anti-rabies vaccine, you do not need to restart the course after a new scratch — just complete your remaining doses as scheduled. Clean the wound with soap and water, and apply antiseptic.  You’re doing the right thing by staying alert — complete vaccination is the best protection.
