Hello I would recommend you to consult with me online through Practo. As this is a long duration problem since 2 years it is advisable to know detailed history and to suggest accurate treatment. It is also advisable to see previous xrays and mostly it has begun as adolescent idiopathic scoliosis which is most common in this age. As an adolescent orthopedic specialist I would recommend you to consult with me online and take appropriate treatment. Consult directly with me, your orthopaedic doctor, through Practo for detail history, discussion and treatment plan. Here we can chat or can also do audio or video consultation for detailed management. Take appointment for thorough prescription and consultation. https://www.practo.com/mumbai/doctor/chintan-doshi-orthopedist/consult
