Sir I suffering sciatica pain last two month.the pain start from back to lower leg right side. What I do

Hello Sciatic pain occurs due ro nerve compression Please visit a physiotherapist who can Give you traction to reduce the compression and strengthening exercises for weak back muscles . Avoid lifiting heavy objects. Always turn on one side and then get up from the bed
