I have been having pain in my sciatic area since the last 2 days. There is no relief in any position while sitting and I do have to sit all day in the office. Please suggest me a way for relief. I am 24 years old and weigh 76 kgs. Also please suggest whom to visit for this sort of a problem...a chiropractor or a physiotherapist?
