Sciactic nerve issue was detected and I was advised physiotherapy and meds. But the pain has increased in the last one week and interferes with my work. Physiotherapy doesn't help. The painkillers are not working too.

Sciatica may present with acute aggravation in between. You need to do CT scan of spine to know where the nerve is being compressed
