I would like to know how can I find out if I have Sciatica caused by spinal issue to be corrected by Chiropractor or is it PIRIFORMIS syndrome.

Hello well it looks like you have learnt the names of many syndrome... please do not diagnose yourself you need to consult and orthopedician and also undergo MRI of the spine to know if you have any condition as you mention... it would have been better if you had told us the history also..as I'm your symptoms
