Sciatic nerve block

Suffering with severe left leg pain for last 4months  becuase of sciatic nerve block due to L5 S1 herniated disc bulge as per reports. Performing physiotherapy for last 3 months with regular intervals but has no improvement infact worsen day by day. Unable to take  even deep breath and sit in a chair or floor. Unbearable pain if walking or standing more than 10 min.
