Please encourage your brother to see.a psychiatrist in person who can have a detailed discussion with hoon and address his concerns. Once. U need to get him admitted asap. Many a times schizophrenic patients refuse to take medications and become extremely non compliant. He needs to be treated and needs medical monitoring as well which is not possible at home. Also medications might need to be given in an IV way if he refuses to take them orally. You have not specified the type of schizophrenia.
