If patient of Schizophrenia is on medication and taking his Medicines regularly so still may be sometimes he or she feel something awkward or delusion

Hi, Yes, Schizophrenia is a chronic (long) term disorder., With medications person can be managed well, but still they can still have fluctuating symptoms occasionally. Along  with medications, psychotherapy will help them better.
