I have did threading on my eyebrows  two day before at that time too many spots near eyebrows are swollen like pimples but after two days its become black scares like scare after bleeding,I am attaching photo of it,So is it gonna remove normally or i have to go for a dermatologist,please guide me i do not want to look bad with scars on my most important day.
