Scare of ectopic pregnancy
Uterus measures 7.3 x 4.4 x 5.0 cm. Endometrium is thickened at 1.9 cm. There is no gestational sac or intrauterine pregnancy seen. Right ovary measures 3.3 x 3.2 x 2.2 cm. There is a complex cyst within the right ovary measuring 1.3 cm. Left ovary measures 2.9 x 2.2 x 2.7 cm. My blood work was at 432 I’m unaware how far along I am but is it normal to not see a sac is my endometrium too thick?
Its not normal to see a sac with such a thick endometrium.
U need to repeat hcg in 48hrs from this and see the raise.
In a normal pregnancy it should double in 48hrs.
But in an ectopic the raise s not that much.
So then u ll hv an idea whether its an ectopic or an intrauterine pregnancy
