Your problem is without a doubt due neck issue ( cervical). However Physiotherapy is the solution. If it has not helped to till now u may visit mckenzie ( MDT )trained therapist . Just make you clear there are many ways to treat your problem in physiotherapy , if one approach has not worked for you then you should definitely try this as it gives very good results.
I would also advise you take proper rest avoid sitting continuously (ie.more than 15 - 20) , also avoid prolonged mobile and computer use . Avoid sitting on soft surfaces like sofas and bed .
