Hello, I'm 30 year old, and have experienced normal periods all my life, accurate 28 days cycle, good flow for 3 days never fluctuating. From past almost a year, I had a sudden change in my period low, it became significantly less, the days and the flow I waited for few months fo it to resolve but it has become worse, it's almost regular days but the flow is watery, thin and i don't feel like I even need a pad, it's so low scanty. It might spott for 3 days but I can't call iy a proper period flow I have bloodwork done Prolactin, tsh, sugar fasting and insulin, lh, fsh everything is within range, CBC is normal, my hb is 13.5 Testosterone is 81 and i see facial hair here n there. But I'm more worried about the flow, help pls
