My sister always had regular cycles and never faced any issue with periods! However her last period was as painful as her normal periods but there wasn't much blood! She always has healthy periods but this time the blood flow was not more than a tablespoon! Is there something serious with this? Should she be worried or is it normal? What can she do to make sure she always gets a healthy period!
