I have been picking my scalp scabs from past 7 -8 years and I can't resist the urge to do so. I childhood also I had an issue of reiterating some words or doing some actions again and again till the time I am not satisfied with my things. This thing has reduced to a great extent but is still there. Other than that I am anaemic and feels like eating ice cubes everytime. I don't know what is this all? Kindly help.
