Hi. Plantar fascitis can happen due to various reasons. High heels, jogging, high
uric acid, etc. are various causes. Pain is maximum in the morning when you keep the first foot down. Footwear needs to be modified.

Wear good sports shoes with memory foam when you are going out. No bear foot walking allowed. At home wear soft foam slippers. In the morning and evening dip your foot in lukewarm water. Take your medication for 1-2 weeks.
