My son is widal blood test indicates that Salmonella TYphi ( H) value is 1:40 dil and declares as positive by the lab. But I learn that if it is more than 1:60 means he is infected . is it correct ? He does not have any other problems except high fever at 103 and headache but fever repeats after 4 hrs interval
