I got missed abortion at 7th as there is no growth, heartbeat yesterday it got cleared through tablet which my doctor gave... When I should plan for my next pregnancy and how I should be ready for the healthy pregnancy please guide dear doctors🙏

You can plan the next Pregnancy after a gap of three months. In fact you should not plan. Let it come if you are able to conceive.
