Your X-ray and MRI reports do not indicate to anything which might cause you pain. The pathology might be in the hip joint which sometimes is not visible on X-ray.

Hip joint pain may or may not be related to the spine! It is true that a lot of spine pathologies radiated to the hip joint as well, but an MRI of the hip joint to rule out avascular necrosis is also warranted. This being said, a physical examination of both hip joint and spine are required whenever possible.
