You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays for few months. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit. In your case it seems like seasonal allergy and change of season may improve your condition
