Do you have blocked or runny nose? Do you have fever? Take cetrrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab paracetamol 500mg one if fever or bodyache occurs. Take tab vitaminc 500mg one morning and one evening for 10 days  before meals.
