  4. Runny nose. The same issue if not taken!

As i am suffering from this since a long time and now its difficult to be in this state i am taking medicine then i am ok and if not then the conditions like worst ever such runny nose continous sneezing and headache this is the main problem which i have too face daily if medicine is not taken. Please suggest I took Allegra M, montek lc and cetrizine they works for a day and then the same issue if not taken

You must find out, the allergens, which are causing allergy. Pl Avoid them. However Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
