My son is 4 month 26 days old. He has running nose and cold since 3 days so doctor prescribed medication for cough and runninh nose. But today he passes stool 5 times and it is watery and has white solid like in between( like spoiled milk). Shold i take him doctor tomorrow. His birth weight is 3kgs and now he weighs 5.8 kgs, is it okay???
