Every morning i wake up.. I have n running nose n cold.. Its too much since last few days.. Need help

Hello, ALLERGIC rhinitis. Tab montuk lcone at night PROLONGED. Ok.due to lack of IMMUNITY it happens. So citrus fruitlike orang NIMBU kiwi gooseberry are said to be beneficial. Tab SEPTILLIN BY HIMALAYA TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR two months is also help ful. Ok.
