Hello, my son is 5 months baby. He is having running nose. He is under Z n D medication. Pls can you tell that shall I give paracip 150mg/ml.?

If mild,avoid unnecessary medicine and just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever if required. Stop z and d.
