My baby is 18month old. Due to climate change he got cold and cough. Running nose and sneezing. I am giving saline drops. Please advise

Give syrup Sinarest AF 2.5ml thrice a day for 3 days. Give steam inhalation, warm water to drink with honey, soup,  add haldi in food or if giving milk. Contact again if needed
