Hello Doctor, We are trying to conceive. My wife had her TORCH profile tested. And we found that her Rubella IGg is 21.50 and Rubella IGM is <10. Whether she need a Rubella Vaccination for this? If she had Vaccination, can we try for pregnancy immediately?

Rubella IgG positive means she s already immune to rubella , so in such a scenario there s no need to take ny vaccination for the same.. You cn go ahead and try conception now itself
