Hi my Rubella IgG test is >350 IU/ml. What does it mean and it is dangerous for me?? I have lymphadentis TB and taking medication from 14 months. Is it a big issue?? As in few weeks may be tb medicine will be stopped and i will plan for baby then. Does this high rubella IgG cause any problem for me or my child.

Nothing to worry, it indicates immunity against rubella.

You have increased IgG . IgG signifies an old infection . That means you might have had Rubella infection in childhood or it may also be due to MMR Vaccine you might have had. It is not an active infection and will not harm your baby.
