I am male age 26 unmarried.i went test for rubella reports was igg 40 and igm negative.is it normal when it will reative to what are measure I should take in my life.

Your report suggests that you had got infected by Rubella some time in the past but there is no recent infection. It can't get reactivated but you can always get fresh infection. Rubella is a rare infection in adults and it is always mild. But why are you concerned about Rubella infection in you ?
